Excellent sleeping comfort

The beds in our holiday flats are equipped with high-quality 2-layer comfort foam "Optimo" mattresses and adjustable slatted frames. You can adjust the slatted frame to suit your individual needs and sleeping habits. To do so, lift the mattress and adjust it to the desired thickness (soft-soft).

Allergy friendly - no pets allowed

Our newly renovated flats have an oak wood floor and are ideal for people with allergies. The beds have a mattress by "Optimo" and are cleaned annually and aired out on a sunny, bone-chilling winter day. We have several allergy-friendly pillows and all flats are equipped with feather-free high-quality yeast blankets.

Furthermore, pets are not allowed in our house!

W-Lan in the entire house

You can easily surf the internet for 24 hours free of charge.

Our personal breakfast service

For breakfast, you are welcome to order fresh pastries from the regional Bichlbäck, fresh organic free-range eggs from our happy chickens, fresh organic hay milk from our cows and my homemade jam. The ordered products will be placed in front of the flat door by me personally at about 7:15 am. Many a sweet surprise from Maria should not be missing here!

Info corner on the 1st floor

There you will find important information and brochures about our holiday region "Kaiserwinkl". Furthermore, we have compiled a folder with excursion tips for the whole family and a folder with excursion tips for rainy weather for our guests. Books, magazines and board games are also available to borrow.

At the information corner you will also find the list for the breakfast service and a showcase with the farm products on offer as well as children's articles from "Urlaub am Bauernhof".

Furthermore, there is a cleaning room on the same floor, which is accessible for our guests. There is 1 hoover, 4 clothes horse, 1 iron, 1 ironing board, 1 table grill as well as 2 large cooking pots and other cleaning utensils at your disposal.

Washing Machine & Dryer

On request you can use our washing machine and dryer for an extra charge.

For our hikers

3 backpacks and 5 pairs of hiking poles (some adjustable) are available for our hiking-enthusiastic guests, who are welcome to borrow them free of charge. For families with small children we have 2 carrying backpacks in our repertoire.
